The Lagos State Ministry of Transportation has announced dedicated phone hotlines aimed at facilitating public feedback and complaints regarding the activities of the Ministry and its Officials.
This according to the State Commissioner for Transportation, Oluwaseun Osiyemi would foster transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in governance.
The phone numbers are:09020009000 or 09020004000.
Osiyemi said the phone numbers would provide citizens with a direct channel to express their concerns, report grievances, and provide valuable feedback on transportation-related matters.
The Commissioner urged members of the public to utilize this service responsibly by providing accurate information and details when lodging complaints or sharing feedback.
Osiyemi assures residents of the Ministry's commitment to addressing all inquiries and complaints promptly.
