While addressing the audience on the topic, "LAISA: An Overview of a Sleeping Giant," Honourable Raji described his visit as a homecoming.

He expressed pride in the work of the current General Manager, Mrs. Olufolake Oluyemi, and her management team, noting that the training would not only refresh the knowledge of members of staff, but also serve as an opportunity for self-appraisal.

"We have been able to share ideas and experiences toward making LAISA better," Hon. Raji said. "With this kind of attitude, LAISA will grow even further and higher than we left it. I am very proud of the current leadership, particularly the General Manager, Mrs. Olufolake Oluyemi. There is no gainsaying it; under her, LAISA is headed in the right direction."

He described the training as a critical step toward transforming the state's agricultural landscape.

The General Manager of LAISA, Mrs. Olufolake Oluyemi, explained the purpose of the programme. "Training is a continuous thing," she said. "We need constant training to remind ourselves of the objectives of the organization, why we are here, and what we are working for. It is that objective that will help our vision run."

Other speakers at the event included Mrs. Abosede George, Permanent Secretary of the Lagos State Local Government Commission, and Mr. Olusegun Okedara, a Director with the Office of Transformation, Creativity and Innovation (OTCI).
